Week 25

In Week 25, Genn and Millie discuss the change to the podcast format. They talk about the reason for the change as well as some of the issues and tensions that come with change. They also discuss our current culture that loves podcasts and conjectures for this new medium of technology.

Week 24

In Week 24, Genn and Millie recap the annual TeamMates Strengths Day at the Gallup Riverfront Campus in Omaha. In adition, they discuss a topic close to their hearts: purpose. There is a correlation between your strengths and your purpose. Listen in as they discuss what the believe their purposes are and how it is tied to their unique strengths sets.
