Ally's mantra: Passionately curious (Input), expressing thoughts out loud (Communication) to find pathways (Strategic), expand circles (Woo), and open hearts (Empathy).
Tess' mantra: I love learning (learner) a person's story (context) to understand their uniqueness (individualization) in order to guide them down the path (strategic) that would allow them to flourish, all the while, seeing how different life experiences change that person, shifting the course of their path (adaptability).

1. How makes your world a better place? Think of the influencers of your life that you may not know personally and be brave and offer recognition to them.
2. Create a Strengths Mantra. Take your top 5 and come up with 1-3 words that uniquely describe that strength in your life. Craft a mantra.
