In Week 95, Genn and Millie continue their discussion of holistic strength definitions. They share stories, concepts, associations, and written definitions, which allow them to take a more holistic approach to their strengths.
Follow Up:
-Create a holistic definition of your strengths. Use stories, metaphors, examples, or written words to create a new definition for how your strengths are showing up in their varying facets.
-Play the word association game we exampled. Take your top 5 or top 10 and quickly identify if that strength is primarily functioning in your (a) head, (b) heart, or (c) gut in this season of life. Where there any responses that surprised you?
